About Dasmen

My name is Dasmen and I am a recent PhD K-12 Educational Administration & Leadership graduate from Michigan State University! With over 10 years of childcare experience, I bring both structure and creativity to the children I care for-I'm just as comfortable helping with homework as I am leading arts, crafts, or storytelling activities. Families often find me to be patient, dependable, and adaptable, with a calm approach to guiding behavior that focuses on teaching and encouragement rather than punishment. Most importantly, I believe in creating an environment where children feel safe, valued, and confident to grow, while working in close partnership with parents to support their child's needs.
