Dave worked with our son with special needs for a significant period of time and brought a strengths-based, positive focus on his work with him. Our son frequently talked about Dave outside of their time together and they formed a wonderful bond! Dave is a great communicator and is very passionate about what he does, and I highly recommend him for childcare needs without hesitation. Additionally, his attendance was fantastic and he was very dependable. While we did not directly hire Dave, he worked with our son through a child care program provider.
