I like caring for seniors because it gives me satisfaction to be able to help and relieve a loved one of some of the burden of being a caregiver. I started caring for seniors when my dad became an Alzheimer's patient. I took care of him for 5 years. I also took care of our 92-year-old uncle with dementia who we brought south to live with us for a year. As a result I believe my caregiving skills are particularly suited for men. My skills include patience, understanding memory care issues, attention to detail, and listening. I'd describe myself personality as friendly, caring, and thorough. In my spare time, I like to read, play pickleball, and enjoy life with my wife.

My husband had Alzheimer’s and was hard to get along with and didn’t want help. I hired David to come sit with him when I had appointments. David was wonderful with my husband. He was thoughtful and caring. He’d make him lunch, take him for walks. My husband thought of him as a friend. I highly recommend David, you will not be disappointed!
