Dawn is punctual, loyal and dedicated.  I have known Dawn for 10 years. Any family would be grateful to have her take care of their loved one.

She cancelled the day prior to starting job. She left me stranded with no caregiver.

I hired Dawn to take care of my 90-year-old mother with stage 4 Alzheimer's. Dawn is patient and kind efficient and extremely organized she is also good at D escalating and redirecting with any problems that my mother had. Unfortunately my mother went into a memory care facility. In the future if my mother was to return home I would definitely hire Dawn back to assist my mother.

Dawn enjoys completing tasks given to her; however, I did not find her to be adept at handling the unexpected, especially relative to the moods, concerns, challenges presented by my mother, an 85 year-old woman with moderate Alzheimer's.  

She is enthusiastic, outgoing and high energy and has good intentions.  

I think Dawn is best for a person whose care is predictable and highly tactical and does not require extensive interaction if the person needing care can be easily "set off" due to dementia, etc.  Too often when my mother became agitated or concerned, I received multiple text messages and phone calls about things I felt should have been able to be managed by the caregiver and were by the other caregiver enlisted to help with  my mother.

 Dawn was right on time at 5:00 am to pick me up and take me for a surgical appointment I was having done. I can't tell you how reassuring that is when your anxiety is already raised because you're about to have surgery. Dawn was sweet, friendly, and professional. Her car was clean and well-maintained.

 Dawn was very supportive and positive to me during a stressful event. She made sure that I arrived back from the procedure safely and that all my needs were being met before she left. I couldn't ask for a better caregiver, and consider myself very fortunate to have been blessed with her presence.

 I would not hesitate to hire her in the future. In fact I would consider myself fortunate if I did.

I've known Dawn for almost 4 years. She took care of my mother for a brief period, until money issues forced us to change arrangements for mom. My mother grew very fond of Dawn and was very sorry to see her go. Dawn listens and observes issues before they become problems.  I'd recommend her to anyone.
