About Dayanara

I am passionate about becoming a nanny, drawing from my experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I had the opportunity to work closely with children, particularly those with developmental and behavioral challenges. This role helped me develop essential skills such as patience, empathy, and effective communication. Despite my youth, my hands-on training as an RBT has allowed me to learn and implement various engagement and behavior management strategies in a short time. I truly enjoy working with kids and believe that my background equips me to create a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters their growth and development. I am excited about the possibility of making a positive impact in the lives of children as a nanny.
