Dean has been a key player in my life, not only was he my babysitter/caregiver when I was a child, but we have become great friends as adults. I have always been able to count on Dean. He's volunteered to help coach my youth football team two different years, a place where I see him excel in being innovative and patient with with young adults. Had I not moved I would still be calling on him for help. Other ways I know and have seen Dean be a caregiver is that he's truly an empathetic person that cares about people. On top of those things he is an active person with great hobbies, a good example is that is an excellent and knowledgeable chef, he knows how to cater to different tastes well. I think the most important thing to mention is his "can do" attitude, I see Dean shine when other people freeze, I've always been able to trust and rely on him.
