I have experience with children aged 0-3 and am comfortable caring for two children at a time. I am also happy to help with cooking and meal preparation, travel, and swimming supervision. I have First Aid Training and CPR Training, as well as experience with special needs children and early childhood development coursework. I always follow parents' preferred communication methods. My goal is to provide a safe, fun, and enriching environment where your child can thrive, and I hope to bring my love for learning and exploration into your home.

Hiring Deanne has been a major asset to our home. Deanne is always punctual, reliable and professional. My daughter is 5 months old and Deanne takes care of her as if she was her own. We are very lucky to have her when she cares for our daughter.

Deanne seemed like a very nice person. We hired her to be our son's nanny. I felt she met his basic needs, but she seemed very distant. When I would text her throughout the day, the only answered in 1 or 2 word replies.  As a new mom, I wanted a bit more information then "He's fine". We were very disappointed when she took our son in her car, without our permission. We had talked about her possibly doing so in the interview, taking my son to the park etc...but this happened after her 3rd day working for us. She also did not have the car seat in her car rear facing. (My son was 10 months at the time ) When spoken to about this, she didn't feel she did anything wrong and this bothered me. I wasn't provided with any references and I didn't even know her last name should anything have happened to my son. I guess with all her experience, I would have expected something different. Like I said, she is very nice, and met my son's basic needs, there was just somethings missing.

We just interviewed with her and she is a very sweet ,kind person. We can wait for her to watch our newborn. It's so nice and comforting to find such great people! Thank you ! 

Deanne has been a caregiver for our two kids for about 4 months now and we have been so happy.  She is dependable and we trust her completely.  Our kids look forward to Ms. Deanne coming over to play!

Deanne has been great for us. She is flexible, loves playing with our son and he really gets excited when she is coming over.

Deanne watched my Son from two months of age to age 2. Deanne is very organized, loving, caring caregiver. My husband dropped and picked up our child due to my schedule. I was able to keep in touch with Deanne through phone and email. Deanne kept a journal, each day it include what he ate, drank, diaper changes and of anything new he was doing. Made me feel like I was include in his day. I would recommend anyone to have Deanne watch your child.

Deanne has watched my son from infancy. He is now turning 10 months old and, unfortunately, she is moving away. He gets excited every time we drop him off at her house and is always smiling and clean when we pick him up. We are so disappointed she is leaving.

Deanne has been taking care of my son since he was 6 months old and he is now getting ready to turn 3. She also cares for my 9 month old daughter. We absolutely, hands down love Deanne!! She is an absolute blessing and we could not have for a better caregiver to our kids. My son loves loves it there and comes home everyday learning something new! He can count to 20, sing his ABC's and knows all his shapes and colors. We know that our kids are in great hands when they are there.

Words cannot express the joy that I have felt when leaving my son with Deanne.  We had a difficult experience with a prior child care provider.  I was so nervous in starting with a new provider, but Deanne gave us such a sense of peace and security.  Now, my 16 month old son gets excited when we pull up to her home...yesterday, he screamed out "yeah".  

Deanne is hands down the best child care provider that I have ever seen...she loves and truly cares for these children.  She is a blessing in our lives and I will continue to use her as long as she will have us.  I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Deanne took care of my 21 month old daughter when I was working in Roanoke for two weeks.  I can't say enough good things about her.  She was so reliable and kind and my daughter loved going to her home and spending time with Deanne and her family.  I never worried and I'm very grateful we found her on this site!
