About Deborah

Debbie has been our nanny for almost 5 years - she has cared for our daughter starting when she was about 6 months, in late 2019. Throughout that time Debbie has supported our family with love, consistency, and experience. As our daughter starts Kindergarten, our care needs have changed - but our loss is your gain. Debbie is a very experienced caregiver and has helped guide us through many anxious moments as first time parents. She built trust with us quickly, and is always communicative about plans or issues as they come up. Debbie is incredibly reliable, always on time and prepared (I can’t emphasize this enough!). She’s flexible with her time and has been the most amazing support to our family. Debbie is also easy to communicate with and is truly a phenomenal human being. Debbie has built an amazing relationship with our daughter, always kind but in control. Our daughter loves her dearly but it’s also clear that she trusts and respects Debbie. Debbie has an amazing extended family who our daughter has benefited greatly from getting to know – they now act as pseudo-cousins. It has been an absolute pleasure and joy having Debbie as part of our family for the past 5 years and we will miss her immensely! We’re eager for Debbie to find another lucky family to support.
