My background includes providing respite care, hospice services, home health, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I hold a high school degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and empathy. I build connections by understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion or behavioral changes. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular text or phone calls. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
