I hired Deborah for a shift of 10 hrs. she did come on time. When she got their I showed her around and reiterated the job duties which wasn't much. Make the patient breakfast, keep the patient company, change patient depends, and give patient snack and plate for dinner which I prepared, and give patient meds. I leave Deborah with patient so, she can change the patient. I go to my room and to the kitchen to get the few things I need so, I can leave. I go in the room where the patient is to let them know I'm leaving . The patient informs me that Deborah has stepped out to move her car and to change shoes. Deborah never returned! I called Deborah and she never answered or replied back. My plans were messed up...I'm thankful I was still at home. Only reason she gets a 1 Star is because you can't give 0 Stars
