While Deborah was punctual, efficient and thorough when she showed up for work, in the 3 1/2 months that Deborah worked for our family, she managed to work a 5-day week twice. In the end, the stress of never knowing which day(s) she was going to call in sick each week - and having to block out mornings in our work schedules so we didn't have to cancel key meetings - proved too much for our family.
