Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past 10years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate care to seniors, supporting their independence and overall well-being. I understand the importance of creating a comfortable environment and adapt to changing routines or unexpected challenges. I also have experience handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, plus incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. My graduate degree has provided me with a strong foundation for this work.
