About Deborah

In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing poetry, playing volleyball, going on nature walks and hikes, thrift shopping, making pottery and candles, and exploring new hobbies-I'm always up for learning something new! I'm a licensed EMT with certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Basic Life Support (BLS). My medical training and field experience have given me the ability to stay calm under pressure and provide safe, attentive care in a variety of situations. I have extensive experience working with people of all ages through both my EMT work and various caregiving roles. This includes babysitting, elderly care, and supporting individuals with special needs and psychiatric conditions. But mostly importantly as the oldest of three and a cousin to many younger kids , I've spent years helping to care for children in my own family. I truly enjoy working with kids and creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for them to grow and thrive.
