I have been a Family Daycare Provider for over 40 years. As one of 6 children, mother of 4 grown sons, and grandmother of 10, my life has always been all about children. I taught second grade for 1 year before becoming a mother. I am a huge believer in fresh air and sunshine. I take my little ones outside whenever possible to look for birds, flowers, dogs and even worms in need of a lift back into the grass. I love reading to children and will arrive at your house with a bag of library books. I enjoy teaching numbers, letters, songs and finger plays. SING TO LEARN is my favorite teaching aid. Your child will be singing ,"A for apple," in no time! I recently completed care for a precious, 3-year-old boy who I've watched since infancy.
