Making a difference in people's lives is my calling, and I've dedicated the last 20 years to supporting adults and seniors. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid. My experience includes respite care, live-in care, hospice, errands, shopping, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and understanding. I communicate through written reports, texts, or calls, always following the family's preferences. Building connections with care recipients means understanding their preferences and history.
