Miss Erika, as we call her, is a young mom but is way calmer than I was when I had my son when I was a lot older. She watches my three year old at her home along with her own baby (who is super cute) and does a great job. I needed a transitional sitter until my son started a new school after I got a new job in the area. She sends me updates/photos throughout the day and is always available and very responsive via phone if I have a question. She always has a smile on her face in the morning and has him ready to go when I text her I'm on my way to get him! She is very patient, kind, loving and sweet to my son and that is what I look for in a caregiver. She already has childcare experience- she obviously adores her son and it will only grow from there. I will definitely ask her to sit again if the need arises and if she's available after he starts school. I'm very happy and grateful I found her to keep my son safe and engaged- if only for this temporary period but we'll see her again!
