DJ has been phenomenal to work with!  DJ has been taking care of our son since he was 5 months old and he lights up every time he’s around her (he clearly loves having her as a nanny as much as we do!).  DJ is wonderful at keeping our son engaged throughout the day, meeting all of his needs and keeping us updated every hour through photos and the Nara App.  She is detail oriented, flexible with our schedules, reliable, knowledgeable, a “jack of all trades” and just overall great at what she does - you can tell she’s passionate about being a caregiver and we’re so lucky to have found her! 

I cannot express how much we love DJ! She is, without a doubt, the best nanny ever. Our son B has been under her care since he was almost 5 months old, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found her. DJ is attentive, nurturing, and exceptionally reliable. She has a natural ability to connect with children and always keeps B engaged with play, learning activities, and lots of love.

She’s amazing at keeping him entertained with a variety of fun games and activities tailored to his age and interests. Whether it’s sensory play, music time, or interactive storytelling, she always finds creative ways to keep him stimulated and happy.

She is extremely detailed and consistently keeps us updated throughout the day with photos, videos, and thoughtful messages  which brings us so much peace of mind. I always feel 100% comfortable and confident leaving my son with her, knowing he is in the best hands.

DJ goes above and beyond in every way. She treats B like her own and has truly become a part of our family. We are so grateful for the care, patience, and joy she brings into our son’s life each day. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her!

Our previous nanny suddenly left us and we needed to find care for our newborn ASAP. We connected with DJ in the past who recommended to we keep in touch in case we may ever need her services and she was able to step in immediately. She has extensive experience with newborns, very attentive with our 3-month-old son, reads many books, and does activities (i.e., tummy time, visual stimulation cards) with him during his wake windows. We are new parents and navigating different phases of infancy has its challenges and DJ has been helpful thus far. We are hoping another family may consider doing a nanny share with us.  

My wife and I loved DJ. Such a beautiful spirit. Very knowledgeable when it came to our newborn son. 

My newborn twins are a lot to handle ( I can admit ) but De’Jaune was always so calm and nurturing. she never panicked and always knew how to soothe them . She had the cutest nursery set up in her home and I felt like my babies were having a luxury get away every time I’d drop them off. She keeps her space spotless and so cozy. I was able to go over and breastfeed my girls on my lunch break (a huge plus). We miss her out here in Texas but any family will be so blessed to have her as their caregiver. 

Mamas to newborns, yes ! Just yes. She’s a DOLL. Fun to be around, I loved working from home when she was our caregiver. Full of life and energy. So sad she’s moving to Ontario :( she was our back up but will definitely call her for date nights. 

De’Jaune Provided care for my son (4months) and my friend’s son (6months) through her nanny share services. We loved it. We were able to pay less and she was able to make a livable wage. Our sons were getting sick at daycare so we wanted a more private interaction while keeping them together. We also love the nanny app she used through the day. We were able to see their nap times, feeding schedules, and daily activities. It allowed her to attach pictures so we felt connected through the day. 5 stars from both families. 

My husband and I hired DJ back in 2017 while I was pregnant. I wanted to spend time with her before our baby girl came. We initially hired her as our night nanny. She worked 8pm to 6am. Both my husband and I run our own businesses and needed sleep. DJ started the day we brought our daughter home and instantly connected. When Our daughter finally started to sleep through the night, her schedule transitioned to the regular 8-5 shift. We also had two elementary school aged girls at the time. She would help with cheer and gymnastics practice once I made it home. Everyone in the family loved DJ. She was with us for about a year and my daughter is now 8. I’ll always give DJ a recommendation. Lucky to anyone who gets to have her. 

DJ sent a text asking to leave an honest review today.  Well, here it is. I’m a single father that runs a law firm in DC. At the time I had 3month old twins. I  had no idea what I was doing. In fact, I had my old nanny interview and hire new candidates for me while I was away on business. When I finally  met DJ, my initial thought was, “wow, this girl has a lot of energy.” I don’t know how she does it, but she really has a way with infants. Although I only needed her for two weeks, she was great! Always on time and was very attentive to my girls. I hope she can bring the same love and light to the families out in California. 

 I found DJ through a mutual friend. My nanny called out last minute so I took a chance. Every time I would look at the camera she was either reading to my son, doing tummy time with him, or walking around with him dancing and singing songs. He always had a smile on his face. Such a sweet loving girl. Would highly recommend. 

Dejaune started with us when my son was born and stayed with us until she moved to California. She was very helpful with sleep training and tummy time activities in the earlier months and was a  huge help with implementing a new schedule to transition him to one nap a day when he turned 18 months. Her strengths include being reliable and trustworthy and great communication throughout the day.
She's committed to creating an environment that makes my family comfortable with her providing care. Always respectful and high energy. We definitely miss her.

De’Jaune has been our part time caregiver for a year now. She had a full time family during the day, and she cares for my daughter overnight, some weekends, and on call as needed. Unfortunately, DeJaune got an upper respiratory infection with fever and was out from Nov. 19th through Dec. 2nd. She was fully transparent and provided documents from her urgent care visits. Not only is she a caregiver, she teaches HIIT classes at our local gym here in Monrovia. She is trusted and loved by the community. I will continue have DJ look after my daughter and recommend her to anyone needing a caregiver. 

Dejaune is the best! She is always our life saver when we need a sitter last minute. She is super dependable and professional and is always friendly and fun to talk to. We love how she is always in constant contact with us while she’s watching our baby. She’s always sending us pictures of what they are doing and gives us a peace of mind. 

Dejaune interviewed with us for a nanny position. She is very courteous, and knowledgeable. She arrived on time and was a real joy to speak to. 


DeJaune (DJ) looked after my newborn for over a year. We loved having her as a part of our family during that time! DJ was really a blessing for us. We initially had her working overnights, because I was able to be home during the day and then after about 1-2 months, she began working for us during the day. She did anything from making bottles, burping/dealing with colic, diapers, sleep training, tummy time, story time, etc and she also helped with a few light chores around the house where needed (the baby’s laundry, dishes). DJ would take her to appointments when I was working, and as she got older, she would take her to story time at the library and on walks in our neighborhood park. 

DJ was truly a part of our family and we all loved having her around and were sad to see her go! She is very genuine, personable, great with kids and overall just a great person to have around. We spent a good amount of time together and our family really leaned on her. She was extremely reliable and always communicated efficiently with us, whether it was about our daughter or regarding any changes to her schedule, etc. We had a great system! And we’ve always wished her the best in her future endeavors. 

Dejaune helped me with my newborn twins during the week she was such a great help  , and she was such an amazing caregiver to my daughters, she cared and loved my children just as if they were her own. I would definitely recommend her !
