For nearly two decades, I've dedicated my career to supporting adults and seniors, empowering them to maintain their independence and well-being. My 18 years of experience in home health care and private duty have instilled in me a deep passion for this work. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I provide respite care, transportation, and hospice services. I am also skilled in home health, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I can also assist with dementia, medical management, mobility, and physical activity. I am CPR certified. I prioritize patient dignity, trust, and respect. I'm patient, calm, professional, and detail-oriented, always putting customer service first. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, redirecting attention, and managing confusion or agitation, incorporating memory care techniques.
