I have been working in many tasks over 30 years. When I receive your list to clean, I follow to order to be done all complete all tasks. If I have uncertain and ask you to be clarity and understand to do. I love to clean, to be dust free or remove all dirty. If dog/cat hairs on floors, I would use Swiffer Sweeper Dry for floors first to pick up all hairs, then vac then last mop floors. Also, challenge for me with shower tiles or shower glass that build up with calcium to be scrub that is not easy because of your products. Toilet bowl shows ring round from building calcium or stain, I would use best product with pumie stone Toilet bowl Ring Remover, that is working well to move all rings also safe for porcelain. I do not provide my supplies but I will bring my mop with pail, "O-Cedar EasyWring spin mop and bucket system" that is super well cleaning. After I use my mop head to be wash at my home and wash it in laundry washer.

Denise came highly recommended from our realtor, so we hired her for a move out cleaning of our house that we sold.  Denise made our house sparkle!  I am sad that we are leaving the area as I would hire her for regular cleanings!  You will be happy with her results by hiring Denise!

I needed help with my aging, deaf mute  loved one Who was living by himself, not taking care of his health, Himself or his household. It was truly a blessing to have found Denise who does American sign language and is trained in healthcare. She has helped him to regain his health and strength, ensures he makes his doctors appointments and medication and takes him to social activities for the deaf. It is no exaggeration to say that working together we have turned my loved ones life around and possibly even saved his life.

We support each other in a team for the Housekeeping and Senior Care since last Spring 2019.  She is a great communicator and helps each other with the schedule.

Denise is hardworking and did a beautiful job on our home recently. She is hard of hearing so have a list written down of items you want her to complete and she will get it done!! She was great. Had our 2700 sq ft home spic N span, top to bottom in 4hrs!! This was going to be a one time cleaning but now we want her to come every two weeks.

Denise was amazing doing the house cleaning job and really friendly.

Denise works hard, follows instructions, is flexible and non judgemental. She and I communicate on paper and text. She is hearing impaired. But she only needs to be told once and asks if she doesn't know.  She is the substitute for my regular housekeeper but I would hire her full time. She does 1340 square feet: tile and wood floors, baths and kitchen in 2 hours.

We hired Denise as our Housekeeper as we navigate this new world of hired housekeeping. We were very pleased with the service she has provided. She was immediate to respond to our request for service. Our dialogue was professional and friendly. We set up a mutually agreeable time to see if our needs fit each other well. Denise was not only punctual but a few minutes early for our job. I had prepared a written outline of what what we wanted accomplished in the time frame we had predicted for the morning as well as the qualities in the permanent housekeeper that we intend to hire so that there would be no hidden agenda. Denise got right to the tasks efficiently; more efficiently than I could hope for with excellent quality of work. She had me review the completed tasks to which I was more than satisfied. There was time left to which we had a contingency of one more task available. Denise was very agreeable to complete that chore and did it exceptionally well. We are very pleased!

Denise was early which was a nice surprise.  She went right to work in a very efficient manner and quickly made our apartment shine.  We have already asked her to come back on a regular basis.  She is excellent in every way.

Denise is awesome and will get your house sparkling clean! She notices things that you won't, because you live in your home but she sees things from a different perspective. Do not let her deafness deter you from hiring her! She stays in constant communication with you via text, is very punctual and reliable. We have a cleaning list with clear expectations and she was able to intuitively figure out what was needed on her first visit. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED with her quality of work!!
