My college degree has equipped me with a solid foundation, which I've enhanced with hands-on experience. I strive to understand each care recipient's unique preferences and history. I am compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I also have current CPR and First Aid certifications. I communicate with families using their preferred method.
