Certified by the American Red Cross in Pet First Aid for cats + dogs, fully insured by PCI, and experienced with my own 3-legged 11yo rescue dog's medical needs, I am prepared for any emergency situation life may throw our way. I always travel with a first aid kit for pets (and humans too) and am in the process of getting insured as well. I have no problem carefully administering food and medicine (including insulin injections) alongside other care for senior and special needs animals. One thing you should know about me is I would periodically need to go home to take care of my own senior dog, so I cannot be present at the home 24/7.
