About Destany

Nurturing children and supporting families is what I'm passionate about. My previous babysitting experiences showed me the positive impact I could have on a child's life, so I decided to pursue caregiving. I have one year of experience caring for children ages 0-11 and older, and I'm comfortable with up to four children. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I communicate with parents through daily reports and verbal updates at pickup. I have First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Child Development Coursework. I can also assist with light housekeeping. I look forward to bringing my calm and imaginative energy to your family! I currently work at a preschool as a Teacher which helped me to develop the skills to be able to help educate little ones who are not in daycare/school.
