Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for every day. With over 10 years of experience as a caregiver, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. My calm and compassionate nature allows me to easily adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and always follow the family's preferred communication method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person.
