About Destiny

Hi! My name is Destiny, and I'm a dedicated caregiver with over three years of experience supporting children and adolescents with learning differences and developmental needs. I currently work full-time Monday through Friday as a Special Needs Paraprofessional, and I'm looking to provide babysitting support outside of my school hours. I've worked in both residential and classroom settings, helping kids with Autism, ADHD, OCD, and other learning differences build essential life skills such as communication, independence, and social interaction. In addition to my school role, I've been a summer camp counselor, residential life staff member, and substitute teacher. These experiences have given me strong skills in managing behaviors, keeping children engaged through fun activities, and creating safe, supportive environments where kids can thrive.
