After working in an emergency veterinary hospital, I strongly believe pet care workers must have situational awareness and take preventative measures to avoid incidents, especially heat related. A typical day can include anything your pet loves to do! We can take long hikes at nearby parks (happy to provide transportation with consent) or neighborhood, play frisbee, take on an agility course or if your pet prefers to hobble around then get back on the couch that's fine too.
