I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with patience. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations. I understand the importance of each person's history and preferences. I provide transportation, hospice services, and dementia care. I am also comfortable with light housekeeping, errands, and meal preparation. I communicate updates verbally, respecting each family's preferred method. With every interaction, I strive to be friendly, calm, and empathetic. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
