About Diana

For the past decade, I've dedicated my career to enriching the lives of the people I work with. My experiences in previous caregiving roles have affirmed my choice to continue in this field. I have a strong desire to provide compassionate support and reliable care for families. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm equipped to assist with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, etc. I remain trained in CPR and First Aid, and am always expanding my skill set and qualifications. I am able to provide support to individuals with hospice, dementia, as well as medical management needs. I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through daily written reports and their preferred method. Earning trust is one of my top goals, along with kindness, compassion and empathy.
