I am going on five years having experience in caregiving but also teaching Montessori. I am a certified Montessorian. Diana arrived punctually the first week I hired her and was great with my children. However the next week she became sick and she told me she was on medication to get well, I completely understood and waited a week before contacting her to start coming over again until she was well. I tried reaching out multiple times and she completely ignored me and never responded leaving me without any help for my two young children. I even let her know my husband injured his back and would really appreciate her help and if she could at least let me know so i could plan accordingly. She ignored me. I would not recommend Diana to anyone based on how unreliable she is and not dependable.
