We have been using her services for many years. She is very reliable and thorough. I strongly recommend her.

When she comes to interview she comes with her husband and he does the talking she does not talk at all .. which made me a little bit nervous so I did not hire her .... he was not wearing a mask but she went back to get mask for both of them.  They were nice. Just that  he will not let her talk ....and this made me very nervous as I wanted to  interview her not him .,..

Was difficult to get a hold of after exchanging numbers. Didn't respond to my text messages.

We negotiated on her pay because we only needed 4 hours of her service for a basic house keeping job. We have guests coming to stay with us tomorrow and our regular house keeper canceled last minute today (she was scheduled to come do a general cleaning tomorrow morning). Spent about 30 minutes speaking with and negotiating a price with Diana, she verbally agreed to take the job, I declined another person's offer to clean while negotiating with Diana. Diana then asked for my location so I gave her my address and then she abruptly declined the job saying she didn't have enough time to get it done. So I wasted 30 minutes of trying to find a last minute house keeper, declined another person the job, and gave out my address to a person who said they would do it, then declined. Very unprofessional, wasted my time, and now I have even less time to find someone else on such short notice. 

Diana has been with me now for about a month to month in a half. I can't complain at all. Shows up when she's supposed to, works hard, and is a pleasant woman to be in my home. If I need something extra,  I just leave her a note and its done. All in all she is a very dependable housekeeper

Diana was punctual! She kept me updated on her arrival time. She showed up to my home to complete the job swiftly and WOW! She cleaned my kitchen top to bottom, refrigerator, under the kitchen sink, microwave, dishes. The bathroom was sparkling toilet, sink, tub, floor swept and mopped in both areas. I even booked her for another day to help with different areas of my home. She was so sweet and extremely kind to my toddler who made his way into her area! You all will not be disappointed!! My friend popped up and she scheduled her after seeing the great job she did. I felt I could trust her and left to run an errand and returned to my home better than I left it!
