Although we ended up going with another candidate I wanted to share that Diane was lovely to interview and it was a very close decision. Diane clearly cares about children and is intuitive in how to care for them. She has a calming presence and has stated that she always wants to do what works best for the parents. She was also a great communicator and very punctual. Diane would be a great addition to anyone's home.
