About Diane

I am an experienced private and homeschool teacher with a strong background supporting children of all ages. I am also a certified yoga and meditation instructor, which allows me to bring calm, focus, and creativity into children's daily lives. I love helping kids learn, grow, and thrive -- whether through academics, mindfulness, or imaginative play. Families describe me as nurturing, reliable, and inspiring -- a bit like a modern-day Mary Poppins who makes learning joyful and life harmonious. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, nurturing, peaceful and responsible. I like working with kids and inspiring them and I love guiding their growth in a caring and fun environment. I began as a teen nanny for two boys and ever since, I've cherished helping children blossom. In my spare time, I enjoy animals, nature, teaching yoga, traveling, learning, and time with loved ones. My skills include teaching & enrichment, creating a calm nurturing space, and guiding children with joy.
