It is my passion to support adults and seniors' well-being. My medical studies motivated me to provide compassionate and respectful care. I am patient, responsible, and able to stay calm under pressure. I am a certified RBT, trained to observe behavior, follow care plans, and provide structured, supportive assistance. I communicate clearly with families, give regular updates, and report any concerns promptly. Building trust and respect is very important to me. I take time to understand each person's preferences and treat them with dignity, creating a safe and comfortable environment. I have some college education, CPR and First Aid training, and I can assist with transportation, errands, meal preparation, and daily support.
