I am an empathetic, patient, enthusiastic caregiver with a passion for working with infants. My goal is to create a loving, engaging environment for your little one while providing peace of mind and excellent communication for parents. I've spent the last year caring for infant sets of 2 (twins and share-care arrangements)with several wonderful SB families. I love watching babies' little personalities emerge as we read, sing, dance, chat, and practice developmental skills. I enjoy the fulfilling challenge of juggling wake windows, nap routines, and feedings for 2-at-a-time. Before my childcare pivot in 2022, I spent 7 years in tech, so along with my love for kids I also bring the maturity of a seasoned professional to my work. I recently welcomed a baby girl of my own in November 2023! With my past experience caring for infant sets of 2,I would be thrilled to work with a family who is looking to socialize their similar aged child with my daughter as part of the care arrangement.

Our family struck gold having Diane as nanny for our first son. Our son and his now forever buddy did a nanny share with Diane starting when they were both six months old. Diane brought incredible professionalism, love, and nurturing to the job. She created sleep and eating systems that helped our boys thrive. We called her the sleep whisperer. I felt such comfort leaving my son with Diane, who made his days full of happiness and love. Diane sent us home each day with a record of our newborns’ days, and sent fantastic pictures and updates throughout the days. Diane is a natural caregiver, and she’s also extremely intelligent and fun. She also went the extra mile, even on the little stuff, to make our entire family’s days run more smoothly.
