About Dianne

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. With six years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I provide transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and dementia care. I'm also trained in CPR. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is very important. My goal is to support well-being and bring a friendly, calm presence to your loved one's day. I'm eager to use my skills to provide comfort and support.
