My approach is patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with care recipients. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
