About Dominique

I am leaving two stars because Dominique sounded promising; however, I was dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and reliability. I was seeking to hire care for assistance with meal prepping and discussed my needs, hours, and expectations with Dominique. We set an interview for a Saturday. I contacted Dominique the day before to confirm our interview but was told that he “forgot about our interview.” I gave him grace and rescheduled for Monday. Again, I confirmed a day in advance and provided my address the morning of the interview (four hours prior). Dominique confirmed, three hours prior, that he would be present for our interview. I received a message about 15 minutes before the interview stating that the location was “too far” from him, with apologies that he would not be able to make it. I live in Punta Gorda, and Dominique is listed as being in Port Charlotte. He provided me with a reference number for someone else that may help, but I was disappointed by the overall inconvenience and experience.
