About Dona

I've worked with a diverse cultural community in the Austin and surrounding area. My enjoyment comes from working with the whole family unit. I have worked one on one with children with delays, special-needs, and just needing a little bit of help with reading and or beginner math. I have also had the courtesy of exploring, small experiments, crafts, and outings for cultural enrichment. I have worked with children as young as 6 months old in exploring art, and its many forms; I have worked with children from 2 to 6 years old and exploring and adventuring around art, music, sensory, crafts, and history. I have taken mini a child to a public library, setting, a park setting. or just on a nature walk. I have taught children about gratitude, finding their peace, understanding the world around them, while helping to build their self esteem and confidence.
