My first job was at a retirement community and I've recently worked with seniors moving into retirement communities as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Most of my career was spent as a family mediator and my mediation, people skills, and grounded nature serve me well in my interactions with seniors and their families.

Donna is my neighbor, and we have become friends. I have 3 grandchildren ( ages 9, 4 and 18 ) who visit regularly. I introduced them, and Donna engaged with each of them, asking questions and connecting with them. In my experience, many people don't do this, some just ignore kids or talk over them. Donna is a caring and friendly person, and would make a wonderful caregiver for adults or children.
