About Dora

Dora, who my father fondly called Gaby was an amazing caregiver. From the moment she began caring for my Dad, she showed love and compassion. My father was mobile with a walker when Gaby first started caring for him. She took him on many outings. They enjoyed each other's company greatly. Gaby also worked tirelessly to make sure my Dad's environment was clean and pleasant. She did everything and anything involved in housekeeping. My Dad received professional, efficient care from this amazing woman. As Dad became unable to go on outings anymore, Gaby sat and talked with Dad, about many subjects. When my father was dying, Gaby was by his side to the very end. Gaby offered a strength and kindness to our family in those last days. I will never forget Gaby. I hope to always be her friend. Gaby gave me the strength I needed at the end. Obviously, by my words, its obvious I am still grieving. But any family that is blessed to have Dora as a caretaker for their loved one, is lucky indeed. Please feel free to contact me anytime.
