About Earnest

Hello Im Earnest I made a significant career shift during the pandemic, moving from a corporate job to the field of senior care. This change was driven by my passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact in their lives. I am a current Nursing student . My 5 years of experience includes working closely with seniors, particularly those with dementia and in hospice care, where I've developed a deep understanding of their needs and the importance of compassion . I have training in memory care and can also assist in setting up a comfortable safe environment in your home I bring a blend of professionalism and approachability to my work, and I truly enjoy building connections with my clients. Other than my studies I am a dad of 3 who enjoys spending time at our ranch and volunteering for 4H.
