I have extensive experience caring for children of various ages and developmental stages, including neurodivergent children and those with unique behavioral or learning needs. My approach to childcare is patient, nurturing, and structured. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel secure, understood, and encouraged to grow. I have assisted with daily routines such as meal preparation, homework support, hygiene, transportation, and bedtime schedules. In addition, I am experienced in helping children manage emotional regulation, transitions, and social interactions using calm, consistent guidance. My background in coaching and trauma-informed care allows me to respond thoughtfully to behavioral challenges while supporting both the child and the family. I genuinely enjoy building positive relationships with children and helping them develop confidence, independence, and healthy coping skills.
