About Ebony

My name is Ebony, I have extensive experience with providing compassionate, hands-on care to clients in their homes. I am trained in the use of Hoyer lifts, ambulation, and wheelchair assistance. I support clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal preparation, all while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort. I monitor vital signs and health conditions, promptly communicating any concerns to healthcare professionals to ensure proper care and reduce hospital readmissions. My responsibilities also include light housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry, and following nutritional plans. I specialize in building strong relationships with clients and families through emotional support, active listening, and effective communication. I have experience in end-of-life care, infection control, and physical therapy support, helping clients maintain or improve their well-being and quality of life.
