17 years of experience have shaped my deep commitment to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My previous roles in adult and senior care have instilled in me a desire to positively impact their lives. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I offer live-in home care, transportation, errands/shopping, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and support for dementia, medical management, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion or agitation. I provide verbal updates and follow the family's preferred communication method. Respecting your loved one's independence is paramount to me. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
