I hold a 4 year college degree from Thomas Jefferson University. My major was social and behavioral sciences .. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have all my clearances as well. I have experiences with deescalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates.
