As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide with five years of experience, I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is patient, friendly, and professional, with a keen eye for detail. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I also assist with dementia and mobility issues. I always follow the family's preferred communication method and prioritize understanding each care recipient's preferences and personal history. CPR and First Aid Training certifications ensure I'm prepared for any situation. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
