My college degree has provided me with a solid foundation. I am passionate about promoting well-being and independence. In previous roles, I've had positive experiences providing care. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and do light housekeeping. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
