Hello! I'm Eleanore, I've always connected really well with animals, and since I can't have pets in my apartment right now, any chance I get to look after someone else's is incredibly rewarding. I've had animals my whole life, and as a teenager helped take care of my neighbors pets while they were away. I also have volunteered with an organization to take care of pets while they are recovering from injuries and also to help train puppies in their process of being adopted. I like to tailor care to each dog's needs, whether that is longer walks and energetic playtime or something a bit more slow-paced, I want to make sure each dog I interact with gets the care they need. I always ensure I talk with clients about the most effective ways to interact with their dog, and I ask about any behavioral issues I should keep in mind during their care. Eleanore was amazing with my puppy Maxie. She was reliable, caring, and cheerful. She took note of all the instructions I gave her for Maxie’s care which was slightly extensive given that she’s a puppy. She asked me about her schedule, and the training she was in, and gave me updates every day we were away. I was so nervous about leaving Maxie with someone for the first time, but Eleanore did an amazing job and she’s become my go to sitter!
