About Eleanor

Hi, I'm Eleanor! Caregiving has always been at the heart of who I am. I have years of experience with children of all ages, from infants to teens, as a teacher, tutor, and after-school program leader. With kids, I love weaving learning and play together--reading stories with all the voices, doing art projects, spending time outdoors, or simply listening to their thoughts. My approach is patient, joyful, and grounded in consistency, so children feel safe to grow & explore. Families I've worked with describe me as dependable, warm, and easy to communicate with. I value open dialogue, safety, and care rooted in kindness. Outside of caregiving, I enjoy tending gardens, walking in my neighborhood, reading, and creating welcoming community spaces.
