We met with Eliana as a potential nanny for our 4.5 month old baby boy. She was so warm and lovely when we met, and our baby lit up with her - it was a hard decision but we ultimately went with another candidate who coincidentally lived in our neighborhood. I would absolutely consider Eliana for backup care and/or babysitting, and her references raved about her!
