I hired Elida to work weekends because she assured me that she was the right person for the job. During the two days that she was with me she lacked motivation and was dragging her feet the entire time. In order to continue working she needed to register with PPL inorder to be paid going forward. She said she would, however she neither registed nor bothered to tell me that she wasn't interested to continue to work until the day she was due to return. Subsequently, I was without a caregiver that weekend.
